Let’s just begin by saying this post is 2 months long overdue. But I really wanted to share with you some very beautiful, and memorable highlights of my February birthday/going away party for Danny and I. Just because EVERYTHING about that evening was perfect. From the organization, to decorating, and especially all the people. We celebrated with all of my and Danny’s family, and close friends, this was an evening that will forever be remembered.
“You can kiss your family and friends good-bye and put miles between you, but at the same time you carry them with you in your heart, your mind, your stomach, because you do not just live in a world but a world lives in you.― Frederick Buechner
My Sister and I
The whole party was, planned, and decorated by my talented and younger sister, Viktoriya and her friend Dana.Thank you ladies so much for all that you did.Not only did they make the gold circle back drop for the photo booth, but also spray painted all the flower vases, hand wrote my invitations, arranged the photo booth, and of course were in charge of the games and program. As for the food, my parents grilled the shish kabobs, made mashed potatoes, and Russian carrot salad. All my guests brought either another entree, salads, a dessert, or drinks. There was a total probably of 100 people. We played games, friends and family sang songs, and of course danced at the end of the night.
